John A. Stewart, Jr.

John Stewart joined the firm in February 2022. His practice is primarily focused on construction litigation and professional liability defense. Before practicing law, he was the manager of the New Orleans office of the Associated General Contractors of America. He has published the Louisiana Construction Law Update since 1994. The Update is published semiannually and is provided for the benefit of clients having an interest in the construction industry. It includes discussions of Louisiana state and federal court decisions and legislative developments concerning construction related matters. He has been awarded an AV Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell signifying his peers have ranked him at the highest level of professional excellence for legal knowledge and communication skills and ethical standards.
