Amanda Fraser is a Special Partner with the firm. Her practice consists primarily of environmental and toxic tort liability, products liability, premises liability and asbestos. She is experienced at every stage of the trial process, regularly taking depositions of experts, fact witnesses, and corporate representatives. Amanda has appeared in State and Federal Court, arguing a variety of pre-trial motions and motions for summary judgment. Following graduation from Tulane Law School, Amanda spent over 10 years with Orleans Public Defenders, having argued more than fifty jury trials.
