Milele N. St. Julien

Milele St. Julien is a Special Partner at Pugh, Accardo, Haas, Radecker & Carey, LLC. Her practice primarily focuses on toxic tort litigation, premises liability, product liability, collections and sequestrations, and general civil litigation. Milele began her legal career as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Lloyd J. Medley, Jr. (retired) of the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans. Subsequently, she concentrated her practice in the areas of toxic tort, environmental litigation, premises liability, and product liability. Milele also has expertise in healthcare law through her representation of various hospitals nationwide on breach of contract and wrongful denial issues on outstanding health insurance claims. Milele is admitted to practice before all state courts in Louisiana, the United States District Court for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Louisiana, as well as to the United States Court of Appeal for the Fifth Circuit. She is a member of Louisiana State Bar Association, New Orleans Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, and Louis A. Martinet Legal Society.
