Sarah litigates public and private construction disputes in Louisiana, representing owners, contractors, sub-contractors, designers, and architects. She also represents surety companies and national contractors in construction disputes regarding federal projects.
- Insurance Defense
Sarah advises and defends insurers and insurance brokers in litigation involving personal injury, property damage, and coverage disputes.
- Professional Liability Defense
Sarah serves a variety of clients in the defense of professional malpractice claims including suits involving construction issues, wetlands delineations and land surveys, mold investigations and remediation, and other environmental matters.
- Cannabis Law
Sarah assists those in the industry with their legal issues related to cannabis, hemp, and CBD.
- Regulatory Matters
Sarah advises clients regarding state and federal regulations, including consumer and business regulations, preparing them to comply with the law, minimize impact on their business, respond to investigations, and, when necessary, represents them before regulatory commissions.
