- Maura Z. Pelleteri is a special partner with the firm. She has been engaged primarily in commercial litigation since 1985. Ms. Pelleteri’s practice areas include surety and fidelity law; insurance coverage litigation; life, health and disability insurance; labor and employment litigation; class and mass action litigation; ERISA litigation; securities litigation; construction litigation; errors and omissions litigation and directors and officers litigation.
- Amy S. Malish is a special partner with the firm. Her practice areas include fidelity law; life, health and disability insurance; ERISA litigation; securities litigation; labor and employment litigation and class and mass action litigation. Ms. Malish also has experience in the areas of complex commercial litigation, errors and omissions and directors & officers litigation, and family law. Ms. Malish defends matters in both state and federal courts, before administrative agencies and in arbitration.
- Chris Weema is an associate with the firm. Mr. Weema has represented financial services clients in a wide range of transactional matters, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings. While Mr. Weema focuses his practice on commercial bankruptcy and commercial transactions, he also has experience conducting affirmative and defensive commercial litigation on behalf of commercial sureties, securities broker-dealers, and insurance companies.
