Amy Malish, Special Partner in the New Orleans office, participated in a panel discussion on Legal Professionalism at this year’s Malcolm Monroe Federal Practice Seminar. Along with the other panelists, Ms. Malish addressed common professionalism issues new attorneys face in their practice, focusing on professionalism in written communications, depositions, trial and litigation, client interactions and social media.
The Malcolm Monroe Federal Practice Seminar is hosted by the New Orleans chapter of the Federal Bar Association. In addition to earning CLE credit, nearly 100 young attorneys will be sworn in to practice in every federal district court in Louisiana, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
