Pugh Accardo is a proud “Platinum Gavel” sponsor of the upcoming “2024 Bench Bar Conference” which is hosted annually by the New Orleans Bar Association. The weekend CLE conference is being held at the Hilton Lodge in Gulf Shores Alabama on March 22-24 and involves multiple panel presentations and discussions on the latest developments that affect the New Orleans legal community, including opportunities for attorneys to meet and interact with local State and Federal Court judges.
Pugh Accardo Member, Milele St. Julien, is participating with other leaders of the New Orleans Bar as part of a panel discussion for Professionalism.
Milele began her legal career as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Lloyd J. Medley, Jr. (retired) of the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans. Subsequently, she concentrated her practice in the areas of toxic tort, environmental litigation, premises liability, and product liability. Milele also has expertise in healthcare law through her representation of various hospitals nationwide on breach of contract and wrongful denial issues on outstanding health insurance claims.
Milele is admitted to practice before all state courts in Louisiana, the United States District Court for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Louisiana, as well as to the United States Court of Appeal for the Fifth Circuit. She is a member of Louisiana State Bar Association, New Orleans Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, and Louis A. Martinet Legal Society.
