William Sentell, attorney in the New Orleans office, was interviewed by New Orleans CityBusiness, in an article about the effect of the NLRB’s proposed joint employer liability standards on the franchise industry. Mr. Sentell said that a decision to hold franchisors liable for certain types of employment decisions at independently-owned franchise locations would “upend years of legal precedent and create new unanticipated costs.”
